Hi there, my name is Rinny and I am the founder of Mud Lily Studios. I am the main ceramic artist, while also featuring work by various artists all handmade in California. Most of the pottery produced is thrown on the pottery wheel. All the tableware is dishwasher and microwave safe. Any pieces sold with 22k luster decals will be marked as hand wash only, and not microwave safe. Everything is fired once to cone 06 ( approx. 1830 degrees F), glazed, and then fired again to cone 5/6 (approx. 2200 degrees F). A third firing is required for anything with Luster Decals, to cone 018 ( 1300 degrees F). Any questions about the products or process, feel free to contact me!
